<p id="isPasted">We ship domestically to all 50 states, US territories, and to military APO/DPO/FPO addresses. Keep in mind, military addresses are considered US addresses for postage cost, but are considered exports so we cannot send export restricted items to these addresses.</p><p><br></p><h2 id="how-much-will-shipping-cost">How much will shipping cost?</h2><p id="isPasted">That depends! In the US we offer a standard service for most items that is $7 flat rate, or free for US orders over $150.</p><p>If you&apos;d like a specific shipping service or expedited speed, we offer rates with USPS and UPS.</p><p>Large or heavy items have their own $20 flat rate, or they can be shipped with USPS or UPS at your discretion.</p><p>All shipping rates are quoted at checkout.</p><p><br></p><h2 id="do-you-ship-to-military-apofpodpo-addresses">Do you ship to military APO/FPO/DPO addresses?</h2><p id="isPasted">Absolutely. We&apos;re proud to support OCONUS military members and government employees and regularly ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.</p><p>Keep in mind, not all items can be shipped to these addresses due to US export laws. The item page will note any export restrictions if applicable.</p><p><br></p><h2 id="can-you-send-export-restricted-items-to-my-apofpodpo-address">Can you send export restricted items to my APO/FPO/DPO address?</h2><p>Unfortunately, we cannot. The US government still considered these shipments as exports, so export licenses are required. This requirement prevents us from mailing export restricted items to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.</p><p><br></p>

Domestic Shipping

<h3 id="can-all-items-be-shipped-internationally">Can all items be shipped internationally<strong>?</strong></h3><p id="isPasted"><strong>Unfortunately, no</strong>. There are two main reasons that an item cannot be exported:</p><p>Some items that we sell are restricted by US export laws, and cannot be exported without permission from the US government. These restrictions prevent sales to non-US citizens, so package forwarding services are prohibited. More details can be found <a href="https://offbase.co/pages/shipping-restrictions" style=" text-decoration: none;" title="Shipping Restrictions">HERE</a>.</p><p>Some brands prohibit shipping outside of the United States as part of their dealer agreement. If an order is placed using an international shipping address, the order will be cancelled. However, orders may be placed with international credit cards or billing addresses as long as the products are shipped to a US address. More details can be found <a href="https://offbase.co/pages/shipping-restrictions" style=" text-decoration: none;" title="Shipping Restrictions">HERE</a>.</p><h3 id="how-much-will-shipping-cost">How much will shipping cost?<strong>?</strong></h3><p id="isPasted">International shipping rates are shown during checkout and provided by USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS (United Parcel Service).</p><p>USPS partners with the post office in your home country and will pass the item off for final delivery after leaving the US.</p><p>UPS does not partner with local post offices and will make final delivery themselves.</p><p><br></p><h3 id="will-i-have-to-pay-import-taxes-or-vat">Will I have to pay import taxes or VAT<strong>?</strong></h3><p id="isPasted">Possibly. We do not collect or remit any import taxes or fees at the time of sale, but your home country may charge you taxes or fees when the item arrives in your home country.</p><p>Remember, you are the importer in this transaction, and you are responsible for any import taxes or fees.
